You're buying the sourcecode to StreamSC2.com. This script integrates with multiple streaming media providers such as Justin.TV, Twitch, uStream, own3d.tv, and YouTube and puts the videos into the database as well as showing your viewers which users are currently live.
The script also features a paypal donation option for people that adds streams. Visitors can donate via the website and have their donation record for all others to see. Example
