There is an area for you to contact the seller where you can ask questions before you make any purchases from his domains. All you need to do is visit the seller’s profile page and in there you can find all the necessary information, but be sure that you are a registered user in order to access the seller’s profile page.
There is also an option within the auctioned site or website ads to verify the seller’s proof of ownership. As a buyer, you can also check or verify its domain name from the whois page under the “Whois” buttons under the seller’s descriptions.
Payment is via Paypal, but for bigger amounts, it is best to use the escrow payments, which is also an added feature here. However, this depends on the seller if he/she accepts escrow – you can check this under the website description.
