just a quick release of this editable template that I never ended up using. Simple to edit and includes the psd for the image text, all you need to do is add your money site to the download file button (using img hyperlink code), or add content locker and change the images to suit your niche. And don't forget to change the embed code to your video! Extremely basic html knowledge is required.
