It can be used in a coloring book or uploaded to stock photo sites.
Once you purchase it you own the exclusive commercial rights no one else can use it.

Same if you need need help exporting the image as JPG or transparent PNG, changing colors etc. (I can't upload more than 7 MB here that's why I included just the PSD inside the zip)
