By utilizing the Digital Point Digital Goods Marketplace, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or, as applicable, the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, and that you possess the legal right and ability to agree to and be bound to these Terms. You agree that you are financially responsible for your account, including but not limited to those for deposits of funds, payment methods, chargebacks, disputes and refunds. Digital Point accounts are non-transferable.

All Sellers

As a seller you agree to the following:

• You need a PayPal account that supports US Dollar payments. An error will be presented to buyers if your account does not support US Dollars.
• You warrant that you have exclusive rights to sell the product, content or services you are offering (if you simply purchased resale rights to an eBook for example, you may not sell it here).
• You agree to offer support to buyers of your product(s).
• You are responsible for the PayPal fees as a result of selling items.
• You may disable new sales at any time, but existing customers will still have access to redownload.
• You understand there are fees involved to sell your product in the Digital Point Digital Goods Marketplace. This includes a 20% seller fee and any (optional) affiliate payout you offer. There are no listing or placement fees.

Indian Sellers

Indian PayPal accounts have a unique restriction on them that make it so they cannot be used with chained payments (notably they cannot make payments from their PayPal balance). Because of this, sellers with Indian PayPal accounts need to fall back to a parallel payments mode.

Ultimately what this means is the seller fee we collect ends up being paid directly to us by the buyer rather than the seller paying us. The net result is that you get the same amount of money, but you don't see the marketplace fee portion coming in (or going out).

Miscellaneous Info

• Buyers will be able to download anything released within the timeframe of their license for a minimum of 1 year after a version/file is uploaded.
